• Healthcare
• Real Estate Technology

Anyone who’s been following the markets for the last few years will likely not be surprised be the list above. But here’s a bonus:

Invest in Asia. China and India in particular. Regardless of trade fights and other distractions, the long term trend is clear – China and India are going to increase their GDP substantially over the next 30 years and there is no looking back. Weakness in their markets are a buying opportunity – end of story.
